Amazing product. I have kids so this help me a lot after a fun night. No headache, no crazy feeling after a fun night. Depend on how much fun you have, sometimes you need 4 just to be safe. They have the 4 packs for girls to put in the purse. I bring it everywhere I go including travel overseas. In the end, cannot go out without it.
